Check the hinge bolts
Have had this changing table installed for 1 year. Today while cleaning I noticed a bolt on the floor and determined it belonged to this table. It inserts right at the hinged area on the side. Luckily, I'm a hands-on business owner, other employees would not have noticed the missing bolt or the bolt on the floor. The opposite side was also backing out. I'm going to apply a little loctite in the upcoming days. I suggest anyone that buys this item do the same otherwise it could be catastrophic.

Just what I wanted!
I bought this for my home daycare. I was worried with some of the other reviews talking about mounting problems but I had zero issues. Went into the wall perfectly and easy to clean.
