One punctured tube that leaked, company fixed immediately
The product works amazing, can’t complain about that. My veterinarian recommended this. The reason for three stars, one of the tubes were punctured and the product was dried up and crystalized inside the box. Now my gray baby doesn’t have her flea medicine because when I squeezed that tube all I got was a wheeze. I’m sending the broken tube back to see if they can send me a single. I’ll update later. UPDATE: the company graciously sent me an entire three pack. That was gracious of them me very helpful. I’m upgrading my review from three stars to five for outstanding and responsive customer service.

This used to be a good product. These were like water-horrible waste Had to rush out and get useable product to protect cats
