One hiccup, the rest was a breeze to setup. Great mini PC!
I'm very impressed on the performance of this small form factor PC. I did have a little trouble setting up Ubuntu on the PC, installation would keep failing, but once I turned off hardware virtualization in the bios, the install worked flawlessly. I was able to install Windows 10 without any issues, just Linux. I bought this PC so I could get away from Windows and get use to Linux, I'm so happy I did. I mainly connect to this PC remotely from work, and use it for it's extra proformance over the cheap work PC's my company provides. As for what I put into it, I gave it 16 gigs of ram and added a 250gig samsung m.2 card, also added a 1TB hdd for backups and long term storage. The computer runs cool and silent, I haven't used the wireless option or bluetooth. Overally, the computer is super fast and responsive. I haven't tried to do any gaming on it.I would highly recommend picking up this little guy, you won't be disappointed.

Zero bios updates (yet?)
Had this since August 13, 2018. There have been so many exploits since then, and there are zero updates. Zero downloads available (besides manuals and howto video's).It's an ok machine for an HTPC. I was going to rant and write them off as I searched their site... avoided creating a login to ask in yet another forum...... Found zero downloads. But to Azulle's defense, the chat button actually worked on their site. I got a human in a few seconds. And the human azulle was able to tell me that they are working on it. And that they plan on releasing a new bios with the release of the newer inspire (No ETA). Not sure if that means my machine will get an update, or not. And to contact their info email address for possibly a better formed response. Also they have an ftp site, and that's where it would be located (nothing there now though)So I'm torn. On the one hand, what a strange piece of hardware. If you've looked at the BIOS, it's not trimmed down. It's bolted on. There are a million things to tweak and hack on, not excluding a bunch of things most users have no business messing with. All sorts of weird things like laptop like power settings, camera things, deep power management tweaking and TDP settings. consoles and just all kinds of possibly not applicable stuff. Beware. More control than you'd normally have exposed to an end user...... I kind of like that. But there are no updates. Their website is kind of marketing garbage looking.... but I did get a person. And that person also appreciated communicating with a customer. So there's that.yeah so, this is what I'm talking about...... This is why we need bios updates..... This is a somewhat fresh kernelgrep . /sys/devices/system/cpu/vulnerabilities/*/sys/devices/system/cpu/vulnerabilities/l1tf:Mitigation: PTE Inversion; VMX: conditional cache flushes, SMT vulnerable/sys/devices/system/cpu/vulnerabilities/mds:Mitigation: Clear CPU buffers; SMT vulnerable/sys/devices/system/cpu/vulnerabilities/meltdown:Mitigation: PTI/sys/devices/system/cpu/vulnerabilities/spec_store_bypass:Mitigation: Speculative Store Bypass disabled via prctl and seccomp/sys/devices/system/cpu/vulnerabilities/spectre_v1:Mitigation: __user pointer sanitization/sys/devices/system/cpu/vulnerabilities/spectre_v2:Mitigation: Full generic retpoline, IBPB: conditional, IBRS_FW, STIBP: conditional, RSB fillingso turn off SMT until an update happens..... my 2 pennies.Final thoughts. It's quiet. But it can throttle. Zero fans means the environment needs to cool it. So yeah sometimes my little machine throttles. Most of the time, I don't notice and don't care. occasionally I get tearing. Mitigating any direct sunlight, or keeping the environment cool helps. It's not magic, but also isn't poorly designed. The heatsink is the bulk of the weight and appropriately sized. I've enjoyed the silence and low watts, and don't miss the money spent. That's the best sign of a good enough product. More support would be appreciated though. I have to knock two stars though. Because it's been a year, and zero updates isn't acceptable right now. Any computer company knows this already. Either way they do seem like good people and they've made a product that is interesting.

Excellent mini-PC!!
This is a really excellent device! I am using it as my main workstations with Windows 10 and it works perfectly: fast speed, zero noise and excellent performance.Customer support from Azulle is also excellent. The first device I received had some issue that caused BSOD, but technical support was really responsive and they replaced the device in a timely manner, the experience was really pleasant.I am thinking in getting another one to be used as Plex server.

Will not fit a standard 2.5" HDD, 15 mm thick
Nicely packaged. Quality looks OK.But it will not fit a standard thickness 15 mm 2.5" HDD even if the product description says it does:"you can use the M.2 card and/or a 2.5 SSD or HDD.Designed with a Micro SD card slot to allow up to an extra 256GB"Contacted support and they are fully aware of this. Hopefully they will change the description soon before more people fall for it.

Azulle LIES about TPM or Intel PTT (Platform Trust Technology) support
From the Amazon questions sectionQ: Do the azulle inspire 7100u -7500u models support firmware tpm/intel ptt (platform trust technology) for windows 10 bitlocker?A: Yes, the Inspire line support PTT and dTPM (Configurable in BIOS). see lessBy Azulle on October 14, 2019I politely posted in Azulle's forums asking on how to enable the TPM or Intel PTT functionality. Instead my post on the Inspire forum was deleted. As of this point, the Inspire has no TPM or Intel PTT functionality, limiting its security and preventing upgradeability to Windows 11 .I strongly think that Amazon should ban this seller for spewing grossly misleading/inaccurate information and for its complete absence of support.

Awesome tiny PC
Awesome bit of hardware. I put 16GB ram, a 256GB SSD and a 4 TB hard drive in it and set it up as a Plex player and server on top of Windows 10. This thing is a powerhouse for Plex. It will play literally any file type, including any 4K files, and any sound type including True HD 7.1 without requiring transcoding from your server. Wifi and ethernet performance is excellent. If you stay in Plex, then it's an excellent device. If you want to venture outside of that, and use streaming services (like Amazon or Netflix), then you come up against the fact that it's a PC and not a TV device with a nice remote and slick UI. Gets very clunky to use if you venture outside of Plex and Kodi. As a tiny PC though, it's fantastic.

So far so good
I purchased this as a home theater replacement. I built it with 8 gigs of ram, 1 TB hdd. It works great so far although i original installed an m.s 512 ssd but the ssd failed after the 2nd boot. I dont think it was an issue with the pc itself as its running fine with a regular hdd . I ran it so far for 48 hours and the temps seems fine for an I5 without a fan. I did wish it came with a vesa mount but it does not. I did 3d print my own mount to attach it to a wall visa mount
