I totally believe in homeopathy and this SleepCalm works for me. Easy to use. The container cap is twisted and pellets are dispensed. I take 6 tiny pellets, under my tongue at night. Very little taste, a little sweet. I fall asleep quickly. I like it and Borion always has high quality products!

This will not make you go to sleep. It does calm your mind to allow your brain to shut down. There is no taste and they are pellet size which dissolve quickly.

Helps me sleep with no drowsiness in the morning. I take them and I become sleepy in a few minutes uses. I drift off, sleep well for over five/six hours, and wake with no morning side effects. If I wake during the night and can't go back to sleep I take 3 or more, depending on how awake I am. I easily fall back to sleep until morning. We bought this for our 4 year old son who was waking frequently. We administered one pellet at bedtime. It did not work the first couple nights. Sometimes homeopathy must be used for consecutive days before a situation is resolved. We continued to give it to him at bedtime, and he did start to sleep through the night after about a week.
