I have purchased five of these to date! They work amazing and are an exceptional value for the price. The seller is very professional and and easy to work with. I would definitely recommend this product.

It had a lot of issues from the beginning and I had tried to follow everything on the manual at no avail. At this point I can’t use it and I need to replace it.

Bought this toilet a while back and then ordered a second. Unfortunately I had to send the second one back due to location of the drain, returning the item was a little time consuming but not too much of a hassle. One hassle was the hose connection, their connection hose requires 7/8” attachment vs a standard valve connection but nevertheless it’s well worth the hassle.

Makes the plumbing of the entire floor shake with an awful noise.Also we had to cut the initial pipe and find an adapter which I believe should have been part of the set.

The media could not be loaded. Love the toilet the only problem is the aroma smell eliminator does not workWill probably need to weld pipe angle in back to fit this since it is wide not like a regular toilet so hits water line

The toilet is poorly constructed. The foam spray action never worked properly-although the concept was genius. The reservoir that holds the soap ends up overflowing spilling water everywhere. Not worth the hassle. Customer service is via WhatsApp. The representatives, although they’re polite, there’s no accountability. Poorly handled customer service. Do not purchase.

By time the toilet came out of the box and got installed, it was noticed. The display was not working, and the battery in the controller did not have any plastic or anything around it to keep it from being used. While you know on the shelf, so the battery is dead. In the controller, also, it is just outside the 30 days. And there is note returns on that. So now I am trying to contact the company to get a replacement board for that display.
