The nozzle falls off
Although I love how late this dryer is the magnetized diffuser is poorly designed . It falls off as soon as the dryer gets hot. i’m not entirely sure I’m going to keep it.

Stopped working!
I saw this blow dryer at a fancy hotel. It was so amazing that I had to have it! It worked beautifully .:: for a month and then, out of the blue, it just stopped. If I pay $400 for a blow dryer, I expect it to work for a very long time. Also, the blow dryer itself is very thin and elegant but the cord is disproportionately thick and unwieldy. The return was easy.
