Great quality
I usually don't buy anything with a rating less than 4. When I purchased these plants I felt I was really taking a chance bc the rating was something like 3.1 I think. This picture is 2 of the 3 plants I purchased. All 3 look large and very healthy. I'm well pleased with my purchase and they arrived earlier than expected, BONUS!

Product arrived damaged. Half potting soil was out of container. Plant died.
Half the potting soil was out of the plant container and the rest was not compact. I tried to plan it anyway. In less than two weeks the plant died. I asked the company simply to send me a replacement. So far they refuse

In good condition and super healthy
The media could not be loaded. My plant came extremely well packaged there was plastic with the tying around so the dirt could not come out it was moist upon rival and in very good condition no broken branches it was extremely well packed and protected in the box super happy with the purchase
