Ponytail Extension Claw 20" Long Straight Clip in Natural Looking Synthetic Hair Extension Ponytail Hairpiece for Women Light Brown

I've gotten two sets of your typical extensions, and something always looks a bit off with them. Maybe it's me. Maybe it's the extensions. It's likely a combination of the two. I just can never get them to quite look right.The previous extensions that I've tried were all real hair and were much more expensive than this. I'd avoided trying synthetic hair in the past because experienced extension users said that real human hair is better. Because of previous people's comments, I kind of figured this would look fake, but I was pleasantly surprised when I tried it out.Fortunately, this ponytail extension is perfect. It blends well with my hair color. My hair is wavy, so it flows well with the texture of my real hair. The ponytail design is perfect for my situation because it hides the length of my real hair.Along with this actually looking more realistic than the previous extensions that I've tried, there are several things I like about this. First, it's really easy to use. Regular extensions take several minutes to put in and typically require some maneuvering (at least on my part) to get the clips in the right place. I generally find myself moving around at least a few of them before I feel like they look all right. With this, I brush my hair, put it up in a ponytail, and attach the claw. It literally takes less than five minutes. If my hair's already brushed, putting it up in a ponytail and attaching the claw takes probably 30-45 seconds. That's a really quick, efficient hairstyle change.Second, I feel like it's less obvious that I'm wearing extensions with this ponytail extension. If people look, they can see the claw, but it just looks like I used it in my hair as part of my ponytail. With regular extensions, I spend quite a bit of time trying to figure out how to place them so you can't see where they're attached to my hair.Third, the pain level is a lot lower with these than with typical extensions. That's the best way that I can explain it. Regular extensions start to make my scalp hurt after a while. With the ones that I've tried, they also easily get caught in my hair, and I end up pulling on my hair to get them out. While the pain level isn't intense, it's enough that I don't want to wear them for too long or too often. I should note that I've only used the clip-in hair extensions before, so maybe the tape-in or sew-in ones don't have the same issues. This clips in easily and causes no pain. It is a bit on the heavy side, which is probably the biggest potential issue. It will probably be too heavy to comfortably wear if I have a migraine, but putting in a ponytail extension is likely to be very low on my priority list anyway if I'm suffering from a migraine.Finally, I love the price of this. Currently, it's $15. Both of the real human hair extension sets that I have retail at around $70-75. Lower price, easier to use, looks better, and less painful? It's a no-brainer for me. I'd definitely recommend this.

This long curly ponytail extension is very pretty. It has beautiful, bouncy curls and it's a very nice-looking piece. It's also on the heavy side and that helps keeps the curls and appearance in place. My dislike is the claw is too short and it was hard to get it to hold in the hair. It kept wanting to fall backwards because of the weight of the hairpiece and would leave a big gaping spot. I know it says to wrap a piece of hair around that, but the claws kept sliding down and moving from the weight of the piece and not enough claws to hold it in place better. It's going to take some extra pinning and working with it to get it to stay in her thin hair. It is an affordable and pretty piece though, and probably better for someone with much thicker hair already.

This ponytail is great for a bad hair day! I love the length and natural color, I like that's it looks a little curly/messy so I can pin it up, it makes it look very natural and its so easy to use, you just clip and go.

I got the dark brown wavy ponytail clip.. and it looks completely natural. Its soft and the wavy curls at the ends are flowy and bouncy. Its pretty easy to attach.. the only issue is bc there is a piece of cloth covering the clip.. its a little slick to hold on to once you open the clip to apply it to your hair.. But it holds very tight.. unlike most hair clips. looks natural and the color matches and is true.

This ponytail clip is very nice. I have had several and this one is the best one I've had so far. The color really matches my hair well which is sometimes hard to find. I also like this claw clip it stays in place well and is easy to use. The hair looks pretty natural as well. The hair quality is nice and is synthetic, but looks on the better quality side of a synthetic. Some synthetics look very plastic and fake and this does not.

This is a well-made ponytail that clips on. It looks great and feels good for synthetic hair. One word of caution if you have thin or short hair it will be hard to keep this in place. It has a big hair clip and needs something to grip. I'm looking forward to wearing this when I have another inch or so of hair (growing out a very short bob presently).
