Inexpensive replacement.
Mostly indistinguishable from the factory Lightspeed parts. One ear cup doesn't quite snap in as positively as the original, but it doesn't fall off or anything. I'd buy them again.

Ear muff ripped at the seam within two months. Also the pieces often snap out of place.

Ear pads and mic cover are great and are compatible with my light speed sierra. The headband parts are too small for the sierra

Less than a month…
Less than a month of use and they already tore.Head band never fit into headset.Bad quality, don’t buy.

Does not fit Lightspeed Sierra headsets!
These do not fit the Lightspeed Sierra headsets. See the attached photo. The ear cups are loose and keep falling off and the head band pad is way too small!

Head band cushion would not stay in place
I am completely happy with the quality of the product except for the fact that the head band cushion, which relies on plastic clips to clip it onto the headband itself keeps unclipping, and must be reattached prior to just about every use of the headset. Hopefully this problem will not worsen appreciably with continued use. The cushions were purchased for my Zulu 2 ANR headset after the fabric covering over the originals started to fail.
