Power washing done perfect.
Our maintenance guys love this product. we have 64 entrance ways on our condos, product not only does a good job, the odor is less offensive than other bleach based products we have used in the past.

This stuff works superb as a surfactant. i suspect I could us it all by itself for a low pressure wash.

Best of the best
You can't beat this product for pressure washing. Saves me money on surfactants too! Scent is great, and you don't have to throw away unused cleaning solution because it stabilizes the chlorine liquid for much longer.
