It has been many years since I’ve had a punching bag, but I sure did miss it. I came across this bag here on Amazon and it checked all my requirements. 1. Vinyl (it’s good quality) 2. Well made 3. Compact but sturdy 4. Bottom hook loop or attachment for a weight to keep it steady. 5. Empty. I know that many people fill these with clothes, but I chose to go another route. We recently replaced our old foam mattress, so I opted to use that as my stuffing. If you have ever tried work f with foam, you will find that it can be frustrating. But don’t fret. Here is my suggestion: I cut the mattress close to the height of the bag…leave some space…trust me 😉 If you take the perimeter of the bag, that way you can cut the mattress in one strip of LxW for the bag. I also rolled the mattress and taped the ends to help kept the cylinder shape. I cut one end at an angle as to avoid having a weird “bump” when rolled. Next, I placed to large bag at each end to envelop the mattress and I taped the center of the bags together to create a seal. Once I had that done…from one side, I made a small hole and put my shop vac hose and sucked all the air out. Once I did that, it make it very easy to place the shriveled mattress in the empty cavity of the bag! Once it was I inside, I turned off the vacuum and poked a couple holes at the top of the black trash bags (so it can expand) I then Filled the top couple of inches with leftover foam and …voila! A filled bag that is light and manageable to move! The top has a layer of material to close it like a laundry bag and then I zipped it closed. Because the foam is from a sleep mattress, it is very dense, so hitting it is stiff enough to simulate a belly😀🤣 and can take a good kick or two! I was very happy with my purchase!

Great price and is really solid as well as pretty simple to set up. The bag can hold a decent amount of weight up to 100lbs but personally I have it at 55lbs. The logo and design is simple and clean and definitely has a nice aesthetic for bagwork!

Great bag, it’s a little skinner than I expected but it holds up well and doesn’t damage your fist if you hit it without gloves. Can hold up to 100pounds of stuffing.

I wanted to wait to leave a review to make sure there was no ripping but i’ve had it up for a few months now and it’s still sturdy and works fantastic. Amazing bag for a budget. It’s a great size too

Wow, I was really impressed with the size and weight of this bag, for the price. The vinyl is nice and thick. I stuffed it full of two bags of old clothes and it is pretty stout. Once they settle in I'll add some more as needed. I'm still waiting for the hardware to hang it, but just hitting it propped up against the wall, I was surprised at how well the clothes worked as a filling. SO much better than what you get for this price at a big sporting goods store.

It's a nice premium soft material that is well made. It's long and narrow. It looks very nice . We used used clothes to fill it and it is perfect for my use. My kids use it too. At some point if I need to make it heavier I will add sand bags to the center. Great looking product.

I bought it for my son to practice his boxing skills. Although it was pricey but it was worth it. Thank you.

يجيك فاضي لكن طويل الصراحه انا عن نفسي عبيته نشارة خشب وبعد فتره من الاستعمال صار من فوق فاضي يبغالي ازيد نشارة الخشب ومع نشارة الخشب صار وزنه حوالي من 20-30

Pretty good quality, just to keep in mind it's not filled. You can just put old clothes in it, or like I did, just use it as storage space for your extra blankets.

Amazing product, me and my son have a nice time kicking and punching this bag. Fill it with old clothes, and it feels like a professional punching bag.
