Love how this looks! Very well made, no strings, no loose staples, VERY easy to put together. Traditional style and size, looks perfect in our living room. Bought the complete set and an extra chair for less than the last couch from a high end retail furniture store and half the staples holding the fabric underneath were just hanging on that one.Two of the sofa legs arrived cracked, but usable. Customer service is great. Responded that two replacements were on the way and provided a tracking number within a few hours on a Sunday. I would highly recommend if you’re on the fence about purchasing.Seats are quite firm, but that should only help them keep their shape. Agree with the other customer review, really wish there was a matching ottoman, if there was I’d have bought one by already, especially after seeing the quality of the other pieces.

Extremely well made. Brilliant packaging.Assembles in minutes with no tools. One child could do it, two could do it fast.I had a VERY minor issue, customer service went over the top to solve it fast and politely.If you told me this arrived assembled and cost four times as much, I would have believed it.

This is one of the worse purchases ever. I opened the package, and the loveseat is made of the cheapest material ever. I am returning it and have to pay for postage. Will never ,ever purchase anything from this company again.

Looks great! Nice size! Easy to assemble! My only concern is the durability of the leather. Would not recommend if you have a lot of small destructive children in your household.

We got this for laying down while watching TV; it's not a recliner, but works great to the side when I want to lay down for a different posture; the armrest is great for laying down, soft and like a pillow. Matches our chocolate brown recliner from a different company; blends nicely with our decor. Material seems better than a much more expensive recliner loveseat we have; seems like it will resist cracking and is more supple, softer and should hold up very well. I liked assembly, took 5 mins to unbox with wife helping, to assemble. Comes delivered in 2 boxes; not too difficult to move with a helper; need a dolly if alone; main box is very big. Recommended for what it is; will be comfortable with an ottoman; was disappointed they did not offer a matching one, but we have matching color ottoman already; so did not need it.

I never expected a reasonably priced sofa to add elegance to my counseling office.What makes it classes is that there are no overstuffed pillows like my last office sofa.Comfy, attractive -I put it together my self very quickly.Highly recommend.

The media could not be loaded.  The ONLY complaint that I have is that I feel that it’s more of a cream color.. was expecting more of a pure white. Quality is good and was super easy to assemble. Thought that I was missing items, but wasn’t… seller was super responsive and willing to help.

The perfect size for my small 12'x11' room. If it had a softer seat cushions I would have given 5 stars.
