The Sweet Sweat, the waist trimmer that is beyond what you have seen online. This waist trimmer has changed my entire life. I was always an average person at the gym and had minimum experience, I always felt I was lacking the exhaustion that people felt after a solid day at the gym. I always look towards social media influencers for weight loss ideas and all of them at one item in common, a waist trainer. After extensive research, I saw that Sweet Sweat had a good following of supporters and a lot of good reviews. It said it was “contoured to fit around your waist comfortably and is naturally flexible to allow for a full range of motion.” After experience, I understand how it described to fit your shape. I know this may be an overlooked quality in a lot of items, but as a girl who had a body that doesn’t fit the norm, I can appreciate a product like this. A lot of waist trainers only seem to fit a certain body shape that looks like an hourglass, but realistically a lot of people do not fall under the category. This product provided a flexible material that formed to any shape that I was at the time. I have used this product over a long period of time, and I have found that it adapts to any form that you are at the time. There were times where I was working out extensively and this was the perfect trimmer for me, but there were also moments where I was at a poor shape of my life and this product was my best friend. I have read many reviews on trainers of this sort that claimed that these type of products didn’t provide any results, but from the top reviews I found that if you “trust the process and workout, the results are guaranteed!”. A lot of workout products of this sorts do have a lot of claims that are unrealistic, and that does serve true to those that do not have the habits to back the product itself. This item in itself, provides a lot of opportunity to those who put physical activity into their daily life. If you want to actually lose weight, then this product is good for you. The Sweet Sweat provides the addition to your work outs that you need. You shed so much more sweat and weight through your workouts, and even if you wear this through your daily life, you will see great results. With this product, I took a chance. I gave it goals that I wanted to reach, and with the work that I put in, the Sweet Sweat took care of the cracks that I needed to fill in. I ordered it during a larger point in my life, but even with the weight I had loss; this product had accommodated to the shape I was during very different points of time. Spending a very minimum amount of money, this product not only provided results but also was able to last during diverse stages of my life, is money well spent on an efficient product I truly believe in.

This waist trimmer definitely lives up to its name—I started sweating before I even finished my warm-up. It fits comfortably, stays in place during workouts, and doesn't roll up every five minutes like some others I've tried. No, it won't magically give you six-pack abs while you're eating pizza on the couch, but it does help crank up the sweat and makes workouts feel more productive. Just be prepared to peel it off afterward like you're unwrapping a very sweaty burrito. 😂 Great quality and a solid addition to my workout routine! 💪

!!UPDATE!!! i was completely drenched in sweat today, it literally poured off of my body onto the floor I highly recommend this. SIZE UP THOUGH! i got what Amazon rec before and it was to small/.not getting enough results I sized up and it covers my entire stomach!! It definitely works! You will sweat like crazy I did get the sweat stick as well the vanilla scent and it definitely helps you sweat a little more than just the band plus smells delicious. My only complaint is don't listen to the size recommendation.. it recommend I get a medium and that was very snug on me I'm 190 5'3 with a apron post partum tummy and it only covers half my stomach and it was very snug. I got returned that size and got the large and the large covers EVERYTHING and is not uncomfortable or to snug it's just right! Size up a bit is my recommendation IF you want full coverage from waist to under bra line.. I haven't used long enough to get results but I do sweat so it is true to its purpose!

The sweat band fits perfectly. I am 270 pounds and wear a size XL. I love the band because it soak in the sweat and the outside cloth doesn’t get soggy or bunch up. The Velcro is good quality and I don’t have to readjust as I workout.

Good quality for the price. Offers support and stays in place as expected. Makes you sweat too. I recommend it. Runs small.

I am in LOVE with my Sweet Sweat Premium Waist Trimmer! I've been working out regularly for the past three months and although I do total body workouts, the progress I was seeing in my mid-section was subpar in comparison to the progress I saw in my lower body and other parts of my upper body (e.g. arms, chest). I could see my thighs and buns toning and slimming down, and I could see my arms slimming down and muscles starting to show in my arms, but my belly *heavy sigh* was just not shedding fat at the same rate. I tried the typical stuff - extra ab workouts, change in diet, etc - but the fat around my belly and sides was stubborn! Well, not anymore! *30 sec break for my happy dance* I stumbled across this belt while window shopping for other workout accessories, and eyeballed it for a couple weeks. I was hesitant to purchase it because honestly, a lot of belts make the claims this belt does, and most of them are just claims. Luckily, this belt backs up everything it claims! I saw it on sale during the 2016 Prime Day and decided to finally try it. I am so glad that I finally bought it! If I knew it was this amazing, I would have ordered it the first day I saw it, at full price! Take it from me. It's worth every penny and every inch of fat you WILL shed when you wear it. First, the amount of sweat they claim you will shed is real! I wear it during my 30 minute workouts (currently doing T25) and I have to stand in the shower when I take this belt off because the sweat comes pouring off when I undo the belt! I do not recommend taking this belt off anywhere else unless you want to have to mop afterward - seriously. Secondly, I absolutely LOVE that the belt stays put during my workouts. No slippage or moving/wiggling around. It fits like a second skin, but you have to wrap it TIGHT and make sure it's secured or it will move. Don't worry, it's flexible; so, wrapping it tightly won't be uncomfortable. Also, since it's so flexible, it bends with me when I bend and stays put against my skin instead of slipping or moving. I can't describe it enough for you. Just trust me when I say that it DOESN'T MOVE once it's in place! It's also great because it also helps with my posture and focus on my core during the workouts. Bonus: when I'm lazy and not tightening my core, the belt does it for me. Needless to say, that stubborn belly and back fat are quickly disappearing. I'm so excited to FINALLY see the fruits of my labor all over. I am not exaggerating when I say that I saw instant results the first time I wore this belt. In fact, I see results every time I put this belt on. It's surreal to be able to see the fat shrinking off so quickly, especially after struggling with this part of my body for so many months. If I had to describe this belt in one word, I would have to say 'amazing.' To sum it up, my stubborn belly and back fat were NO MATCH for the Sweet Sweat Premium Waist Trimmer! My recommendation: Just buy it already if you are considering it. You will not regret it!

use this when i work out all the time it’s amazing

Dadurch das man gurt aufmachen kann ist er allein daher schon mega fein, da ich noch einen von einer anderen Marke habe der aber geschlossen ist und man nach dem Training fast nicht mehr runterbekommt weil er so anklebt... Habe den Sweet Sweat in Verbindung mit der Creme und ich bin wirklich sehr zufrieden. Die Creme kann ich auch nur empfehlen - riecht auch total gut!) Besonders beim Krafttraining ist er sehr fein da er auch stützt. Ich trainiere nur noch mit dem Gurt - und schwitzen tut man wirklich abnormal viel drunter - aber es wird nicht zu warm mit dem Gurt. Kann ich nur weiter empfehlen .

J'ai reçu ma ceinture de sudation avec un échantillons de la crème de la même marque ! Et comment vous dire ? C'est un produit juste génial, garde le dos bien droit pendant les séances de sport, affine la taille si vous y aller régulièrement j'ai déjà vue les résultat au bout d'une semaine en plus d'une alimentation équilibré de plus avec la crème ont transpire vraiment beaucoup. Je recommande la ceinture ainsi que la crème qui vas avec !
