Do not buy bajaj product
Do not buy bajaj product. I have purchased product on sep 2024 after 6 months, stove is not working. It's a automatic stove but it's not lighting up automatically. We used to light through lighter and when we on the stove it making so much noise also. I have raised service request on 9 th June, the service person came and said product is not working properly so we raise request to the company to replace the piece. They said within 10 days they will replace the stove, it's almost 3 months now no one came to replace the product. We are trying to call the service person but he is not responding. So please do not buy this product.

all the burner of gastove has been broken , which disabling flame to comeout clearly and it is blackening the utensils . See the proof given in video

Bajaj Hobs has serious safty issues. DO NOT BUY!
I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the support I’ve received regarding a serious issue with the 3-burner hob I purchased from Amazon, which is still under warranty. I logged a complaint on your portal on 15 July 2025 due to gas leakage from one of the burners. After inspection, your technical team confirmed that the issue is not rectifiable with the current model and recommended a replacement, for which I was issued a replacement tag. However, the local service center has been completely unresponsive. Despite multiple follow-ups and calls, I have received no proper assistance. Shockingly, my number has now been blocked by the service center, which is unacceptable and unprofessional. This negligence has led to a serious safety incident—my son suffered a hand burn yesterday due to the faulty hob. This is not just a product issue but a critical safety hazard.
