I take 1/3 dosage at bedtime for feet and leg cramps. Seems to help a lot! What I don't like is a full dosage is 6 tablets, so you are not getting a large dosage amount in the container.

Love this product! I can’t take calcium by itself as it causes issues. The only product I’ve found that has an equal amount of magnesium. Other brands with half the amount of magnesium don’t resolve the issue but this product does!

This is one of Solaray's best products.

This is ok. I like this brand and it is more expensive to get it at the store. It's around $13/bottle on Amazon and it is $18-19/bottle in the store. However, there is a downside to saving money. When I get these in the mail, the pills all have a powder on them. It is the residue from the inside of the caplets, like one (or more) of them got kind of broken up getting all thrashed around in the mailing process and powder from them went everywhere. They are always very nicely packaged in bubble wrap, but the powder is still there. This is not the case when I buy them in a brick and mortar store. Still effective though.
