Thermalright does not have a 2500rpm version of the TL-S12w. Is this a scam or is it a new 2500rpm variant of the TL-S12W?

The fan is not 2500rpm, it is 1500rpm. I wouldn’t say it’s a scam, the fan I received is Thermalright’s TL-S12W. The listing information says it’s 1500rpm currently, but when you checked it it may have been incorrectly listed.

Solid value fan, nice subdued look

These fans are pretty nice! They're quite subdued, and the price means you can buy extras and simply set them to spin at a lower speed and they will stay quiet. They may not be the absolute single best value fan by every metric but no one will judge you for going with them. Just make sure to look at Thermalright's other fan offers as they have a couple other white RGB alternatives

great looks and performance

Its now almost a year with those fans and i dont have any complains at all. they perform just great by keeping my case cool, case temp are cool (around 40-50C, in a custom loop) just dont forget to clean the dust ever couple months and they will brand new.
