Broken after 15 hours - Unacceptably Poor Durability and Quality
I purchased this Wilson racquet expecting the durability and performance typically associated with the brand. After only 15 hours of light beginner play, the frame cracked. A failure under minimal stress indicates how bad the materials was. When I contacted Wilson’s support team, the response was frustrating. They claimed they could not offer a replacement or repair and instead offered a mere 20% discount on a future purchase. For a Wilson racquet, I expected solid construction and reasonable customer service; neither was delivered. Based on this experience, I will not purchase this racquet again, nor consider another Wilson product. This racquet represents cheap, low quality manufacturing. I cannot recommend it or Wilson’s handling of this issue.
