It's fitness for people who find gyms loud and judgmental. Five stars. My biceps are confused but politely impressed, and I've yet to launch myself through a window, which is always a bonus.

The resistance bands themselves are fine. I found the door anchor tricky to use as my standard bedroom doors didn’t have a wide enough gap to fit the handle through. The ankle straps are comfortable.

Saved me through covid. Only now I review them as I found them in my gym back. Basically looking as new even if I used them daily for months. You just to take good care and clean them if you use them outside. Decent. Different colours for different resistance, accessories good, good value for money.

I have had this set for almost 6 months now. Like many people, I needed to find a new way to exercise after the gym ceased to be an option!These bands have proven to be very versatile. There are so many on the market that it can be a bit of a minefield trying to work out which ones are decent and which are best left alone. Through friends and relatives who have also had sets, I am happy to say that I seem to have dropped on one of the better sets with these.The good points:+ Good quality bands, carabiners and "D" rings, which gives you confidence in using them.+ Very versatile. I do a daily routine of 20-25 different exercises with these.+ "Stackable" resistance, which means that you can use multiple bands at the same time to increase the resistance level.+ Foam handles are soft and comfortable, with a decent amount of foam padding.+ Ankle straps are lightly padded and a decent width. Many I have seen have no padding at all and are narrow and uncomfortable.The not-so good points:- The accompanying exercise booklet doesn't give you a great range of exercises, but it is easy enough to find ideas online.- The stuff bag is a little on the small side. One of the great things about these bands is that you can take them anywhere, but it takes away from the convenience factor if you have to struggle to get them back into the bag. Fortunately, I had a spare stuff bag that was a better size and I use that instead.But all in all, these are definitely a recommended buy. Reliable quality at a price that won't break the bank.

Brilliant

Was sceptical at first as I’ve heard mixed reviews about how good this type of exercise equipment would be. Actually had them in my basket for about 3 months before giving in and ordering.I haven’t been to the gym since the first lockdown shut them down. I have since found it hard at home with standard dumbbells to do a full range of workouts and found I was doing the same exercises over and over. Bought these and started with a few tricep workouts. Fair play it was the first time since the gym that I had a good solid workout using muscles that I hadn’t used for a while. I’m not in awesome shape and not a gym fanatic by any stretch of the imagination but enjoy keeping fit and staying in decent shape and these are definitely helping by mixing up the workout routine.I have found that instead of using dumbbells or EZ curl bars etc that I have to add an extra 5 reps per set but that is definitely not an issue at all when you can feel like you’ve had a good workout.One thing I was surprised about was the quality for the price. Cracking bit of kit. Easy to use. Easy to clip on. Good quality material. Plus the amount of workouts you can actually do with these is impressive.If, like myself, you enjoy casually working out and don’t fancy going to the gym with everything how it is at the moment, then I would highly recommend getting these and would be surprised if you weren’t as happy with them as I have been.

Optimal für die, die zuhause Home Workouts machen. Es nimmt nicht viel Platz und man kann das Produkt für einige Übungen nutzen. Das Geruch finde ich unangenehm, stört mich persönlich aber nicht so arg.

J'ai commandé ce produit pour suivre des cours de sport à la maison (hits) et je suis satisfaite du produit. Je les accroche dans mon step à l'aide des Mousquetons fournis. On peut aussi les accrocher dans la porte. Les élastiques ont l'air vraiment solide. Très satisfaite. Petit sac de transport pratique.
