Many of them were sticky and stuck to each other. Don't think they made much difference either. I just use Biotin now.

Not a money saver, but really good product.
I normally use their gummies and thought that the fells would be more cost efficient. You have to take three gels for a single dose. But they are still a very good product and I would highly recommend them.
