is the material stretchy? i wear 2x but can fit in XL if it stretches

It is a little stretchy but it does have a zipper on it so it doesn’t have a lot of stretch to it. I actually wear a L and accidentally ordered the XL and it fit but I had a little room so idk if I would size down in this honestly.. hope this helps!

How long is this skirt?

It’s pretty long I had it pulled up high and still dragged a little . I’m 5’3 and want wearing sandals
