This is a great product and helps significantly in reducing my hot flashes and night sweats. I do notice a difference when I don't use it.

I've only used this two weeks . So far I really like it. I like that one pump is an application and the pump works very well. Spreads smoothly on the skin and covers very well. I plan to purchase this again.

This has relieved me of hot flashes and has been a life saver.

I wish I could review the product but the pump didn't work at all. I couldn't get the cream to come out and there is no way to remove the top. I returned it!

I need more time to judge the product

I’ve used oral dim with great results. I tried this cream on the recommendation of a YouTube video by Dr. Berg on removing cellulite from thighs. I used it for three weeks (only one pump a day) and could not understand why my sleep had become so troubled. I stopped using the cream and my uninterrupted sleep was restored. No more having to pee several times a day and at night. I know this is anecdotal- but I figured this might help someone. After a week of no cream I used it again and had the same results- tossing and turning all night with a full bladder. Sleep is the most important vector for health and at 50 years old, I’d rather suffer a little cellulite than the problems that come with inadequate rest and healing. 🤍

I forgot when I started using this and it's not that often as what the instructions says but can definitely say that it works. It's a slow process but it works.

I've been applying to my abdomen which has become my trouble spot since I turned 43, perimenopause. I noticed my belly deflated and slimming since I started the cream. Then when my doctor increased my progesterone prescription the slimming on my belly increased even more. I'm buying my second bottle today.
