Just does the job, not much of good quality

Perfect size cute water bottle, just that no insulation, that would have been better, but still hot remains hot and cold remains cold, please wash frequently the cap design collects dirt very easily, rest quality and feel is nice and premium.

Very poor durability – damaged within 7 days I bought this Milton stainless steel bottle from Amazon, and after just 7 days of normal use, the bottom coating started peeling off and the steel got badly scratched, as shown in the photo. I expected much better quality from a trusted brand like Milton. The bottle was not dropped or misused, yet it already looks old and damaged. I’m disappointed with the build quality and durability. I would not recommend this product unless the quality is improved.

The bottle is made of stainless steel from both the inside and outside, and the overall quality is decent.However, the water does not stay cold for a very long time compared to insulated bottles. Also, the bottle can get dents if it falls accidentally.

Superb quality, leak-proof and very convenient to carry in a purse. Keeps water cool for hours

Not completely plastic free as there's plastic material inside the lid to make it airtight. Washing the bottle in dishwasher (keep in the lower rack) is allowed but not the lid; the plastic part in the lid gets damaged and starts leaking after a wash in the dishwasher. The stainless steel material is not flimsy. The bottle has been dented at places when dropped, while being completely full of water, but hasn't cracked. Such dents haven't posed a problem in day to day use but if such disfigurement occur at the base of the bottle, it may not be able to stand on its base anymore. If cleaned at regular intervals and water is not allowed to store in it unused for long, it isn't going to smell.
