The kit is great and really comes with everything you need minus the fragrance, however the wax is horrible it comes with. This is one of the candles I made (which I let cure for almost a full month) the first time I burned it after about 2-2.5 hours. It is burning down into a hole instead of performing how it is supposed to. Still a good value for the rest of the tools, which is why I only deducted 1 star. I would definitely get different wax though.

I’m a beginning candle maker. Wax seemed good. Melting pot is small but a good size for starting out. Can make 2 8oz candles in the pot. The wicks are only good for tea lights. The candle will tunnel in a 4oz mason jar. Wick stickers are strong. Thermometer works well. Good starter kit. I would recommend.
