Overall the product is good. Seems sturdy and the locking mechanics appear to be sufficient. The reason for the lower stars is that they sent a different cage than ordered. I thought it seemed odd when I was putting it together then noticed when I went to check Amazon. Not sure if I can return a fully assembled cage, but it won't be worth taking it apart and trying to replace it now.It is an outdoor cage with an asphalt roof, instead of the indoor cage with wire roof. I would not trust the asphalt on the cage for use outdoor as it will become damaged with an moisture, the screws that attach the roof are exposed and will become the source of water damage.

Great cage for my rabbit, would definitely recommend.Takes awhile to set up though!

I love this hutch! It’s color-coordinated look and features are truly amazing! A must-have for your indoor furniture blending features. Worth every penny. One piece was missing one the slide-out feature for the tray. I added an extra L-type hook to support one side which fixed the issue. And the swing door could use a latch feature to keep the door up for rabbit access in and out. I bought two magnets which will help with that issue as well. Nice overall and my bunny loves it!!!
