I have quite large hands, would this fit as i cant see a sizing

I think that it would fit most hand sizes

The strap is not fitting as in the picture?

Mine does fit roughly as shown, but the picture on the product looks like a right handed splint on a left hand or a similar product. Mine works fine but the upper fixing goes onto velcro at the base of the left thumb. There is no facility to send a picture or I would do so.

Can I use this for my left hand

Yes you can, however, this pink version is for a very small hand. I have size 6.5 - 7 glove and it only just fits me. There are three velcro fastenings, one on the thumb that does not work after a few wearings, I have had to sew it in place, the middle one fixes to the main body of the glove that's OK for my hand size, but the lower wrist Velcro is so strong that it is hard to undo with one hand. I wouldn't recommend this version when there are many more to choose from.
