I have always been a fan of Vizio. They make great TV's so this is not a post about the brand itself. I purchased this TV from Amazon renewed store and when it finally came in(3 weeks after it was supposed to come) it was in less than I expected condition. The top corner is clearly dented and as the picture shows there are lines coming off the TV screen when it's on. I'm not going to go through the hassle of returning it because that would be a pain and I can barely see the lines unless I'm close to the TV so I can definitely over look it. I just really expected better quality control over the product on Amazon renewed store than this. The box was in great shape and it was well packege with plenty of bubble wrap so I personally don't think it happen during shipping of the product but I could be wrong. So if your someone who is expecting a perfect product I highly suggest you not purchase from the Amazon renewed store. This is the first time I have purchased from the Amazon renewed store so it could be a rare case of bad quality. But after this I'll probably not buy from the Amazon renewed store again. Slightly disappointed.

The product I got was good it's got good color and I see nothing no problem with it

Can’t use a tv with a cracked screen

The tv screen is fuzzy for about a minute every time I turn it on or change the channel. Besides that it isn’t too bad. It would just be nice having great picture quality

TV arrived with cracked screen and no picture.

We didn't get a chance to enjoy the tv. It was broken upon delivery. We'll have to return for another.
