Solid constuction
Solid construction, relatively easy to put together. A friend and myself were able to assemble the unit in less than half an hour.Comparing Pennsylvania Dutch manufactured beds with these beds from Indonesia, (and I have both,) it I hard to beat the price of the Indonesian brand from Modus, however, from a construction and materials point of view I like the feel and quality of the Penn, D. beds more. I also bought the Dresser and the Night stands, and they too were of high quality.Highly recommended.

beautiful, but not perfect
This is a lovely piece of furniture, very heavy with beautiful wood. It's definitely "dark" cinnamon. I would give it 5 stars, however I had 3 minor issues. I didn't think they provided enough screws to hold down all the support slats, so I purchased more. Also, there was a small blemish in the finish, which caused me some minor concern. No one notices it but me. And finally, the drawers are nice, but not that big. I'm not sure they were worth the extra money.

You can't go wrong if you purchase this.
I really love the richness of this bedroom group. I loved it so much, I have it in each of my three bedrooms...twin beds in one, double bed in another and king in the master bedroom. I initially bought the night tables and loved them so much I used them in my great room as end tables. Everyone admires them. Just use a slightly damp cloth, no furniture polish, to wipe away the dust.

Beautiful bed
I love this bed. While it is very beautiful, my husband did beef it up a little to make it sturdier, but nice golden wood tone, solid wood, very nice. But be aware that the headboard has a swoop to it that makes it stick out from the wall several inches that doesn't show in the picture.

Great bed and great buy
I love this bed, the quality and color are great. When I first got the bed a piece was missing, I called the delivery company and they were so helpful in finding the missing part and getting it to me the next day. My husband and I put the bed together, it was quick and easy to assemble.

Modus Bed
The bed is very pretty....bigger than it looks in the picture. The headboard will seem huge unless you get European pilloss so it's not all just headboard. I got an extra high mattress and so it works well. I just feel VERY high up in the air and have to get used to that. Inf fact, had to even buy a stepstool. But very pretty.
