I've been using Unisom SleepGels for about three months now on an occasional basis, and they have genuinely changed the quality of my rest. These are soft gel and easy to swallow. I suffer from insomnia. 1 pill is good for 6 hours of sleep.

I tried Unisom to help with occasional sleepless nights, and overall, it works well if you need something to help you fall asleep faster. Within about 30–45 minutes of taking it, I usually start to feel relaxed and drowsy, which makes it much easier to drift off. Unlike some other over-the-counter sleep aids, I didn’t notice much of a “hangover” effect the next morning though if I take it too late at night, I do feel a little groggy when waking up. One downside is that it can sometimes leave me feeling dry-mouthed, and on nights when I didn’t get a full 7–8 hours of sleep, I definitely noticed a bit more sluggishness in the morning. It’s also not something I’d recommend using every single night it’s more of an occasional fix when you really need rest.
