Where is the solar powered panel located? I don't see it on this swan?

The sun goes thru the white plastic body as long as it is floating or sitting upright the sun will pass thru with no issues.

How do you get on the floatie?

Tried to get 2 to hold air. Never could get either to hold air. Still can't get my refund
