I like this particular tea over others because it contains juniper berries which are very good for the GU tract. Juniper berries are pricey and another tea I had previously bought didn't contain juniper berries.

My package never arrived. So likely lost by the post office or delivered to the wrong mailbox. I reached out to the seller and was very responsive and they reshipped it immediately. Haven’t tried the tea yet but it looks like good quality ingredients

I have interstitial cystitis so I got this in hopes of some relief. With daily use, I have noticed some minimal improvement. I do have an increased urine output which must be a side effect of the increased kidney health. As a result of that, it helps a ton with water retention/bloating. It's got a very mild taste kind reminiscent of a white green tea (when I could still have caffeine! Lol). It is a loose tea obviously so I recommend getting some tea bags a prepping them enough for a week or so that you are more likely to use it daily. Daily use of herbal remedies is always your best bet if you expect to get any results
