My first laptop & I love it!
Its my first laptop & after 11 months of use I have to say I love it! Long battery life of around 4-6hrs depending what I'm using it for. Reliable hardware & works well with a 2nd monitor when required. Windows 10 took a lil while to get used to & set it up to how I like it as I prefer Windows 7 layout, but it's a stable OS system & works well with my old Windows 7 software.Now over 2yrs later, it still working well tho battery is now needing to be replaced due to use & age. Definitely was a worthwhile purchase.

Disappointed
Not any faster than my previous laptop and throws a bit of a strop now and again. Although it has plenty of internal storage which is a bonus.

I am sure that I was unlucky and when working properly it is a good model.
The machine was faulty, after spending 12 hours trying to load the software with out success i threw in the towel and returned it to Amazon. I am sure that I was unlucky and when working properly it is a good model.

Great Laptop
Very pleased with this purchase, It was great to find a well specified laptop which still has a dvd drive.

Delivered the next day. Laptop has a huge memory and is fast too. Very good deal indeed.
