Great purchase, keeps hot and cold for extended trips in the garden. Just what I needed, no more floating debris in my cup and still hot as if I’ve just made it, and the size is just about right for a generous size mug, that was exactly what I was looking for. Would definitely buy again.

Hydroflask should be with everyone especially in the winter,, honestly it’s keeping my drink too hot more than 6 hours.. i would highly recommend

This has changed how I drink tea and coffee at work as the standard mugs let the drink get cold quickly. With this tea and coffee stay hot for potentially hours which means you can sip at your own pace.Be careful of tea or teas without milk as these stay particularly hot! Leaving the sliding door open lets the drink cool gradually.Be aware that the cup isn't leak proof so not great for drinking on the go and that the cup itself is hand wash only.

Bought 4 of these and all arrived super quickly. The design is comfortable and it holds a good amount however the heat retention is no where near advertised. After prewarming the cup with some hot water before i add my tea If you leave the sliding drink slot open the tea stays hot about an hour and with it closed its about 2 which is disappointing- just as a comparison i have several similar design corksicle insulated mugs and the tea is still piping hot after 3 or 4 hours and stays warm for at least 12 so disappointed hydroflask couldnt compete on this occasion

Great gift, good lid

Pretty much my title says it all, my cortado which I wanted to sip at for a couple of hours went from hot to luke warm in about 30 minutes (pretty much as if it was a regular cup/mug). This seems to be because heat escapes through the lid as if it wasn't there, it's think plastic with a hole that isn't closable to boot. On top of this the lid has 'parts' which are a nightmare to try and clean, little tiny nooks that take some real getting into, no simple rinse to clean here you need a military operation instead.

My absolute FAVOURITE mug of all time. This keeps things hot or cold like no other. Ice stays in it 12+ hours and my coffee is too hot to drink for like 4 hours. It’s truly amazing insulation. And when purchased it it was an excellent price as well. Hydro flask is truly an unbeatable quality product.

I like this mug, it‘s big enough to hold a cappuccino. It keeps my coffee cold or hot depending on what I choose. The mug‘s exterior is nice to hold, soft and it insulates from the cold or hot liquid inside the cup. I‘m happy with it :)
