The wait is over.Best GF flour I have used ever! I have been GF for 5 yrs.. Due to food allergy to wheat. I've used a lot and I do mean a lot I've been a baker since I was 10 yr old.. my chocolate chip cookies. most of the previous flours, I have used comes out like a hockey pucks. I friend recommended this flour. The free gF flour works like a charm a banana bread came out nice and fluffy. Taste was really excellent I didn't have any kind of an aftertaste. Brand baked up well yes it did work well. It's pretty good value from the money Amazon's the only ones that has a decent price for this product everybody else wants to double triple and the shipping was outrageous so I'm going to continue to get it on Amazon. It's going to be great for my holiday making which I haven't done in almost 4 years. Whoever been in this flour..the freee Comp. Needs to have an award. I can finally get back to Baking.

Best GF flour I have found that my baked goods do not come out like a hockey puck.My banana bread came out nice and fluffy like if I use regular flour is a gluten free flour is fantastic. I have made 3 orders so far. I've had no issues healthwise. It's a pretty good price too all the other ones are double or triple the price of this one. I'm going to be the number one customer.

This is my favorite gluten-free flour. It does not have xanthan gum in it, so you will need to add that ingredient if you use it for baking. Good texture, good flavor.

This flour is amazing to be gluten free. I add it to gluten free rolls, sourdough and even pancakes to make the gluten free goodies taste better. It is slower to arrive, but well worth the wait.

Nice Gluten free item

Flour arrived in early November with an expiration date of late December. This would have been fine if I had purchased it for my own use and had intended to use it all right away. However, this was for a gift for someone else. Would have been better if there was more time left on the product when received. Usually flour is good for a long time. This one must have been sitting around a while. Really bummed.

Omg! I am so disappointed in this. I went to make bread in my bread machine and it didn’t work. It never raised. Just waisted 22.00 dollars 🥲🥲. DO NOT get this flour. Also all you get is one loaf if it would have made my bread. Way to expensive also.
