An excellent conference microphone
Purchased to record a series of round-table focus group discussions, this microphone proved very effective and is recommended.Works best in rooms with few hard surfaces, as the omni-directional pick-up pattern means that echos are almost as loud as the original sound. The CM11B plugs into any USB input but needs a phantom power supply to work. Budget for the Behringer PS400 Micropower Phantom Power Supply as well, if you do not already have audio equipment that supplies phantom power or wish to make this part of a permanent installation.

Great for use with induction loop
Used with an induction loop amplifier for some round-table discussions on a table where all the people had hearing aids. Gave a really clear sound on the loop and excellent sensitivity across the frequency spectrum.
