MIFAWA, I can see that it is a brand that focuses on developing comfortable footwear. Today is August 4th and I feel good despite my problems with flat feet, fasciitis, and others. The current line of this footwear brand covers categories such as hiking, sports, fashion, and safety. A week ago I started using them at the gym for an hour and 20 minutes daily. I feel fantastic despite being almost 70 years old. The first two days were for adaptation and I feel fantastic. The grip and security are very good. I have done some mountaineering and have tried them to climb six-story buildings. This is wonderful. The grip and stability they provide allow you to do things that are impossible to do with other shoes. Before, I was using brands like Brooks, Asics, Nike, and others, but these are perfect for the level of effort you want to apply. I have not used them for hiking, maybe I will later, but for strenuous activities they are wonderful. They are light and the materials they use would allow me to use them for water sports because I see that they are made of an adaptive material. Although in my case, I prefer to use sandals, which for me are more comfortable, I definitely recommend them update ///// Today is August 10 2025 and I am going to the gym for an hour and a half five times a week, the athletic shoes allow me to stay half an hour more comfortably in the gym doing movement and light strength exercises without any problem which allows me to do body games with my feet and legs more freely, being able to turn and move with a basketball player's movement in a light and free way. In addition, I was jogging in the gym for two miles and it really allowed me to go fluidly and without much fatigue and discomfort, I think the padding of the electric treadmill helped me a lot, I was able to reach two miles, and I finished rested and light enough to go to the pool for an hour to practice swimming styles and forms and stabilization and breathing steadily for that hour, yesterday I went out and planned to walk outside for two miles, but as soon as I left it started to rain lightly initially for 10 minutes and I continued walking until it started to rain torrentially, I was only able to walk a mile and average, passing through flooded streets, easily and without discomfort in the footwear even with socks on, feeling comfortable and light, but very cold because of the icy water that fell, in general it was a fascinating experience taking into consideration that later when putting them to dry in the open air they took a long time to dry because of the padding they have on the edges, which makes them comfortable to walk, in general it made me live a fascinating experience, I don't think I will use the other super super shoes again

I pleased with the shoes . I liked the value and have wanted to try a barefoot shoe for awhile. The shoe is comfortable and I walked a few miles in them and no problems. I like the velcro strap for easy on and off. The shoes have a removable liner so washing is a nice feature. the shoe is wide and comfortable I use a EEE size normally. Sole is thick enough to protect from stones ect... They have a good gripping sole.

Nice shoe with great tread and comfort. Fits almost to size, I’ll order a size larger next time. Decent toe box spread. Could use a tad bit more. Coming off barefoot shoes so these are different but not in a bad way. Will buy again when needed.

These barefoot shoes exceeded my expectations. The first thing I noticed was the wide toe box. My toes have plenty of space to spread naturally, which makes them much more comfortable than traditional training shoes. Great shoes! Fit very good and are comfortable. I’m a size 10 normally and this size 10 fit perfectly. I use them for working out and they are much better than my regular old shoes. Recommend buying!!

I bought these for around $30, so I wasn’t expecting premium quality, but my first impression was not great. Right out of the box, the rear pull tab on the left shoe ripped off while I was simply using it to guide my foot in. I wasn’t applying much pressure at all. The right shoe’s pull tab also felt like it was close to ripping, so that was disappointing immediately. That said, once I actually had them on, they felt pretty comfortable. The sizing seems accurate, and I don’t feel like I would need to size up or down if I bought another pair. They have a decent amount of arch support, and the mesh upper is very flexible and breathable, which is a plus. The laces alone don’t feel like they secure the shoe very well, so the Velcro strap is definitely necessary. I tied the laces, tucked them under the strap, and used the Velcro for extra support. That worked fine, but because the pull tabs are so weak, I don’t really trust these as easy slip-on shoes. I’ll probably have to tie them each time. The shoes are also very low cut, so I’d recommend wearing ankle socks or low-profile socks with them. Regular socks sit a little awkwardly with the design. Overall, they’re not terrible for the price. I originally considered returning them, but for $30, I’ll probably just keep them for yard work or light workouts so I don’t ruin my nicer shoes. Comfort is better than expected, but the build quality is definitely cheap. I’d give them about 2.5 stars, but considering the price, I’ll round up to 3 stars.

I needed a pair of daily shoes these are perfect for that. comfortable and inexpensive noticed I didnt say cheap there made of mesh, nylon and rubber a great combo for a lightweight shoe. The Velcro is a bit long but id rather have it a bit longer than too short. The shoe looks great in all black on my feet. Durability wise only time will tell I've only had mine for a couple days. Overall these shoes are easy to put on remove and provide minimal Foot Protection a tier above closed toe sandals.

So far its pretty good, im a 10.5 in regular shoes. I haven't worked out in these yet but they are feeling pretty comfortable soo far, no squishing of the feet. I have wide feet. And these are good. I couldn't tell from the pictures but the section where the toes go in are not for each toe. I will be using this to walk atleast 5 miles a day just to see how they workout. Also they came wrapped and sealed in a plastic with a qr code to scan. Will update once I use this more.

This is NOT a barefoot shoe. It is made to look like, as it does not have individual toe sleeves. Comfort level is so-so. Quality is so-so. Would I buy it again? No. No.

My husband likes the Mifawa Barefoot Shoes. very much. The toe box is wide and there’s enough room for the toes to spread and move. My husband is a proponent of Grounding, and finds that the sole of the shoes are firm enough to be comfortable, yet allow the wearer to feel the ground beneath their feet, improving balance as well as posture. They can also be worn at the beach in the sand or in the water. These shoes were better than he expected, and he has recommended them to a few other people as well. He has already bought a pair in another colour. Would definitely recommend these shoes.
