I honestly didn’t have high expectations for this product, but was desperate to stop the hair loss. I’m so proud to say my hair has finally quit falling out! It did take a full month before seeing any results, but suddenly I’m no longer cleaning wads of hair out the drain following every single shower. I haven’t noticed any brand new growth yet, but my hair is fuller, and what I still have has gotten longer. No side effects or digestive issues, and it’s very effective so far. I do wish it were less expensive though!

Haven't noticed any notable improvement in my scalp area but seems to be helping with growth in other areas on my body rather than notable on my scalp. However, I bought it several months back but experienced some constipation. Added intestinal cleans to my diet and decided to again try the blocker. Have only been on it a month and a half and results have been the same as stated above. After I've used it for at least 3 - 6 months I might provided further input.

Frankly, most of these reviews make me feel sad. People find this DHT blocker works some for them, which is great. But they overwhelmingly seem to think this is the only thing they need to do, or if they do something else, it's near useless stuff like peppermint oil. Folks, please, if you are serious about returning your hair to it's maximum thickness, you must, must, must use Minoxidil every single day, twice a day if you are super serious about it. I'm a woman who had such severe thinning that I refused to allow any pictures to be taken of me, so I can't show you how bad it was. I've researched and tried everything with any credible science behind it. What works is Minoxidil as often and heavily as you can. This DHT blocker is also extremely helpful. Nutrafol is also helpful. Caffeine shampoos are slightly helpful. Don't waste your money on anything else. Dermastamps and dermarollers break your hair and can cause scarring, so just stop that nonsense.

UPDATE: the beginning of the new year marks my the end of my 3rd month taking this. Ive added photos go show progress thats more visible on camera now and i am no longer using other products besides special shampoo and conditioner that i have been using since before purchasing this product and now only use this product. The first 3 photos are my hairline on October 1st 2019 and the last 3 are my hairline on January 8th 2020. You can really see the new growth now! The left side of my hairline suffers from more loss than the right side and you can really see the recovery its making. On top of the new growth, my hair generally feels better. It feels healthier and each strand feels less frail and thicker than before. Im really happy with my results so far and ill continue to use this. I suffer from early hair loss that runs in the male side of my family that started at the age of 15 with my hair line receding and i just turned 20 and my hair has thinned to the point where you can see through it when light shines against it. Ive tried multiple products from multiple brands and havent gotten any real results. I sat on these pills for a while before actually trying them because although the reviews are all great, i think i was just a little discouraged and didnt want to spend even more money on a pill that ill have to commit to. But let me tell you i am so glad that i did. Im just now finishing my second month taking these pills and they really do work. I use them in conjunction with some products from Cel MD that id also really recommend!! Using previous products the only real results i could see were tiny whisps of hair growing along my hairline and a couple of baby hairs here and there. After maybe 2 weeks on this pill the amount of baby hairs at least doubled and now 2 months in every time i look in the mirror at my hair theres more and more hairs growing and the older ones are getting longer and filling in my thinning hair and im genuinely so happy that i tried this product. Being 20 and looking like youve been through 45 years of hair loss can be really hard on your self confidence. But since ive been taking this along with other products, i have new confidence that my hair is coming back. Not to mention the amount of hair that falls from my head has decreased drastically, so it can really only get better from here. Im stoked to get my third bottle and i cant wait to see what my hair looks like when im 21 compared to now. So for any young guys out there who are going through early hair loss for any reason i seriously recommend this. The results are worth the price for real. I just wanted to say that this product is 'good' but does not work exactly how it is advertised. I first bought this exact treatment through Amazon and then switch over to the actual Trichology website and continued my treatment through there. I bought about 4 containers of the supplements and I would have to say that it did not work for me in the way that I wanted it to - throughout those 4 months. It's crazy because I feel like a lot of young adults are suffering from hair loss. Some people being affected at different ages and at different rates. I first began to notice that I was losing hair around my hairline at the age of 22 years old. It is basically androgenic alopecia which is one of the most common types of hair loss. Anyway, I have always had a full set of hair, as well as people in the family tree having a good set of hair as well. My dad is close to his late 50's and he still has hair. My older brother who is about 32 years old still has full hair and actually has overgrowth of hair in his hairline. No one from my moms side of the family suffers from hair loss either, as they are often told that they have good hair genes, and if I can show you all, I would, but that would be showing pictures of them which I will not due to their privacy. Anyway, I wondered why I was losing hair at 22 years old if that was uncommon in my family. I am close to being 25 years old and I come to find out, I have high levels of testosterone which I guess it makes sense. I feel like I actually suffer from it too, as I tend to have a lot of body hair, it is not crazy but can get that way. I am the only male in my family who also has a full set of beard. I work out from time to time but I am not always consistent and I do seem to grow muscle pretty quickly as well. Not only that, but I have a fast metabolism which can relate to high testosterone. I also suffer from insomnia which actually makes me feel like that is one of the main reasons as to why I am also losing hair. I do tend to stress a lot which can be another factor, which is also embarrassing because I have grey hairs on certain areas, whereas no one in my family does. I was told by my doctor that I was low on Vitamin D which can also relate to hair loss. I have been taking supplements for that as well but I am not sure if they are working, also from the same company / brand. It may seem like I am venting but I am just describing my symptoms and why I decided to use Trichology. I have been derma stamping for almost one year, and sometimes apply rosemary, castor oil or aloe vera on my scalp which I feel like it has helped me since other friends who are losing hair around their hairline seem to have a more noticeable scalp retaining to androgenic alopecia, and do not use those products. But even with the fact that I took this for four months, I am still noticing hair loss around my sides and hairline. I feel as if this product did not work the way that it should have. Having to take 4 capsules a day can be a bit too much and can be a hassle since the price on these products may be overwhelming after some time. Not only that, but sometimes the person taking these pills may forget or have to carry these capsules everywhere they go. To take in the morning and in the night. It's weird because I feel like after 3 months, I noticed more shedding and what not, which makes me feel like it either is working slightly but in reality, I have taken pictures throughout those 4 months and I am still noticing more and more hair loss. It' sucks because I feel like the main ingredients that help block DHT are not enough for me. I will now have to result and try Finasteride as my next option. Only because it is stronger and may have a better outcome in the shedding. If that does not work then Dutasteride may be the solution but, I do not think I need that yet since I have made sure that I still take care of my hair, hence why it took about 3 years for my hairline to recede. I have done a lot of research on hair loss and am still learning as I go on the way. The reason why I decided to rate it 3 stars is because I admire the idea that this helps with Probiotic Immune Support. As mentioned earlier, I have a fast metabolism so it is quite difficult for me to gain weight. That may be a good thing to some but not for me... And during the time that I took these capsules, my stomach felt much better. I would not have quick bowel movements, I had less pain in my stomach area, and I felt like I was able to eat just about anything without having to feel worried about any pain related symptoms due to my bowel movements, basically like constipation, gas, or acid refluxes. It is also said that what you eat can affect the way your hair is too, that is exactly why Trichology even has this exact product to begin with. Long story short, if you have high testosterone or feel like you do, I would say that this company may not be for you and you may be better off with a stronger DHT Blocker.

Wow this actually works and it's only been 2 weeks! Hair is growing back and it's even thickening in other areas. I combined this with Revita shampoo and Minoxidil. 2 weeks and already seeing great results.

I uploaded photos to show the "progress" while taking this product; there's a before, during, and after photo that shows no change whatsoever. I started taking this product in April of 2026. I know it can take 3 months to notice a difference in hair growth simply because of how the body works, but seeing no visible change in 4 months is a big problem. You're supposed to take 2 capsules for the first two weeks to help your body acclimate to the supplements, and then you have to take 4 pills everyday thereafter, so while your first month is a little cheaper, that won't last, and it's $44 a bottle/month before tax. This product has gone on sale, but not by enough to make a substantial difference in hitting the pocketbook. Pre-tax, this product costs about $528 a year, so with tax, you could be paying up to $600 annually. That's definitely cheaper than a hair transplant, but not in the long run because you have to keep taking this product for life. If your body produces DHT and this stuff blocks it then what happens when you stop taking it? The problem resurfaces. You might be able to get away with just taking a DHT Blocker that's cheaper, but then you run the risk of hair thinning, hair loss, and trial and error. It isn't worth the hassle. Considering the price and (lack of) effectiveness of this product, I can't give it more than 1 star. It simply doesn't work for me, and that sucks because I'm out the money and time. I can't, in good faith, recommend this product. It would cheaper and more effective for you to save your money and seek a better treatment that actually works and it's backed by some guarantee.

This is my second purchase and I absolutely like this product. After finishing one bottle, I start noticing number of hairs fallen decreased significantly, although the new hair growth is not obvious yet. I will continue to finish the second bottle to monitor the full effect. It was delivered super fast by local post service and the product came in good condition and the box was not dented too. Expired date is one year from the date of purchase.

This product is horrid! I used it for just 1.5 months and I’ve lost all the hair growth that I’ve gained in the past 1 year. Everyday while I was taking the supplements, I lose over 100 strands of hair as compared to less than 20 prior. Not even worried abt the money but I’m so upset abt my hair!!
