Scorpions rock classic

I was extremely fortunate, having a foreign exchange student introduce me to The Scorpions, before any U.S. recognition! In my youth we were always on a quest to discover " Hard Rock" as early as possible. While this collection is missing the raw gritty, controversial 1st few albums, it is an awesome representation of " The Scorpions"! In the heady days, when Van Halen, Ted Nugent, busted forth, more astute investigators of Hard Rock, had already marked " Krokus", " Saxon", & more as early Pro generators of hard rock. But if not for a foreign exchange student I would not have been years ahead of the norm! The Scorpions, crude hyperbolic beginnings where quickly replaced with substance. They have made their indelible mark on hard rock & are worthy of any serious music library I was fortunate indeed to discover them early, but that is irrelevant to their important contribution to the world of music! They are indeed worthy of adding to any serious music library! Mine is insanely eclectic, ranging from Classical to Punk, but irrelevant, as personal taste varies. All I can say with confidence is, I truly don't think you will regret adding this to your library!
