I have been using this chin strap for about 1 month now. The product is excellent. The materials are soft, flexible, breathable and comfortable. I use it overnight, to help with my nose breathing with my cpap machine. But, I have noticed, that my double chin is tightening up also, which is a bonus. It fits perfectly over my ears and stays in place on my head. I would definitely recommend this chin strap for everyone, male or female. I like that it's also very affordable. Estou usando há pouco, mas ela parece cumprir o que prometeu. Aperta bem. Pra dormir não é muito cômoda, pois muda de lugar. Mas o material não é de muito boa qualidade. Não parece que durará muito tempo.

I had a chin lipo and have been wearing this for recovery and I think it has helped with swelling. Do not put this too tight if you intend on wearing it during the night cause it will hurt when you wake up
