I purchased this Thermos Funtainer when my baby was 10 months old to keep my baby's food warm and fresh when we need to eat out. I'm so glad I did!DOES IT ACTUALLY WORK?The funtainer is well built, does not leak, and keeps food HOT (Pro tip: Make sure to fill the container with hot water for a few minutes, empty out the water, and then add the food and seal the lid to ensure the food is hotter for a longer period of time).WHAT SIZE SHOULD I GET?Initially, I ordered this 16 oz Funtainer as well as the 10 oz to compare and quickly realized that the 16 oz is superior. The 10 oz is too small to hold a lot of food and with a growing baby/child, you'll want to opt for the bigger size.DESIGNThe built-in STAINLESS STEEL spoon is just a game-changer. I don't need to worry about plastic/chemical's leaching into my baby's hot food while feeding her. It folds and packs in the top compartment really well and looks sleek too.FINAL WORDSI got the pink color for my daughter and it's so cute and just a nice, mild shade of pink. As an adult, I would have no problem using it at work. I really love this product and highly recommend it!

I like this container, the color is delightful, easy to clean, and it keeps the dish hot even after 5 hours. I preheat the container around 7am by pouring hot water in it and seal it for ten minuters before I use it for the lunch. It's still very hot during the noon. It's the just-right size for a fifth grade eater, but it could become a bit small sooner when kids move to middle school. Anyway, like it. BTW, it was packaged into a foaming envelope only. Could have been wrapped up in a better way.

Even though the top with spoon requires a bit more work to clean, this has been a reliable thermos - no leaks and keeps food hot.

This stays super warm for a few hours. Tip: run it under very hot water before putting hot food. It will stay hot longer.It’s a great size, even for an adult.

Hi all,This product is great for keeping things hot. I mostly use it for soups for my girlfriend when she goes to the hospital for work. She leaves at 5:53 in the morning and usually doesn't eat until at least noon but sometimes 2-3 in the afternoon. This product keeps it warm the whole time.The product is decent on portion size. It is able to fit one progresso light can which is a bigger soup can than most, so one can should work fine.One gripe I have is I wish I could microwave my soup in it. This would be to minimize dishes. Basically if I could pour a can straight into it, microwave, and send her off, that would be so easy. Instead I either have to warm in in a pot on the stove or put it in a ceramic bowl to microwave.It is really nice it comes with a spoon and we have had no issues when it comes to leaking, so on those fronts it is great. Be careful with the spoon since it folds up, if you throw it in the sink folded up, it could go down your garbage disposal.All in all, for the price, it definitely is a useful tool to keep lunches from getting monotonous. Works for soups, chilis, leftover liquids, could even be for a fresh cup of joe (coffee) if you want a refresh in the middle of the day.Is it worth it?Absolutely, if a microwave is hard to access at work, you don't have an existing leak-proof way of getting it to work, or you just want a seamless lunch time waiting for you, definitely try it out!I've used two of these and both are going strong (been a few years for the one and 3 months of the other). For the price, the utility is just great.

Used it every day over the winter for lunch at work. Often put Mac and cheese, popcorn chicken or rice in this. I’d warm it up around 7 in the morning and eat lunch at 12 and usually the food kept warm in freezing weather. The folding utensil is really convenient, it clips snug into the top lid. The size of the thermos is pretty good but sometimes you might want something a tad bigger. All around a great thermos!Price: 9/10Quality: 10/10Heat retention: 8.5/10Convenience: 10/10

If preheated, (with hot water and hot soup) it will hold for over 8 hrs for me

I first purchased a smaller (12oz I believe) thermo for my sons lunch and realized some items would not fit so decided to buy a much larger one. Both the small and large one have NOT failed me. Although I feel like they are a bit overpriced for my budget I realized these are the best ones to buy. I have gone the cheap route and never again, they sucked and nothing like these thermos! So if you are looking for thermos for your kids GET THESE!!! Don't forget to activate them if you will be adding foods like nuggets, quesadillas or tacos. Boil water let sit in container for 5-10 mins, quickly dry and add food and close! FINITO!

Got this for my son for school lunches as he is growing out of the smaller size. This brand really does last a long time, keeping items warm for a good portion of the day.
