I'm a amateur geologist and talk about stones to NY grandkids. They were amazed at what it did, have to see it everytime they come. Felt pad it suits on had fell off and reattached it.

It definitely fluoresces under UV light! I added this rock to my state of Michigan rock collection. It is a unique and interesting rock in a sphere shape with it's own stand.

This Yooperite lights up and glows beautifully under a black light! It came with a wood stand for display and was beautifully packaged in a lovely box with a bronze clasp that I am keeping other items in - a really nice bonus! Ordered two of these. The product picture is a complete misrepresentation, don't expect a bright glowing orb as shown.Both Yooperlite orbs purchased are MAYBE 25% as bright as the seller shows using high quality UV 365 nm light!It comes in a nice storage and display box.Mine has a big greasy smear on one side of the box. What a sweet greasy gift.So proud to give a low grade product in a greasy box to my boss.Don't expect much and you will be happy.
