It’s anti slip. It feels wonderful to stand on. It seems durable like I will be using for a long time. The color looks better in person.

This is the best non suction cup bath mat! We have a reglazed bath tub and This brand is slip proof when placed in the tub. Soft to stand on . Dry in record time when hung in the tub. Even hair rinses off without becoming a problem. Will purchase again when needed.

I have tried many shower rugs, with and without suction cups. The foam ones are softer on your feet, but you have to stand on suction cups, and to me it’s like many stones under your feet. To me this type is the better type of mat. This one does not slip at all, and I feel much safer knowing I won’t slip. There are a couple things I would personally like changed: for the mat to be a little thicker, and to have a hook for hanging. I used a plastic tie.

love mine, with one minor issue: they get dark spots that look like mildew, and the spots dont come out in the laundry. Mine are white for reference. Otherwise terrific in the shower, since hair product makes the floor slick. These do the trick and are very comfy on the feet. Great safety feature for reasonable price.

4.5 stars -- it's soft, keeps the tub from being slippery, is easy to rinse off at the end of my shower and doesn't seem to collect a lot of hair. Definitely worth what I paid for it. It does not dry quickly though. It takes more than 12 hours to dry, so that doesn't seem quick to me for as porous as it is. My problem is that I don't have anywhere good to hang it for it to dry. I don't want to lay it over the side of the tub because then water will pool on the floor in front of the tub, so that's kind of a pain, but it is a great solution to a slippery tub floor that is actually sort of soft and cushiony on my feet.

This is a quality quality mat. I have a handicapped shower that slopes slightly toward the drain. This has made it impossible for any suction cup style mat to adhere to the floor safely. I was EXTREMELY hesitant to try this type of mat with the non-slip bottom. I NEVER thought it would wok .........but it certainly does. It does NOT BUDGE; not when wet or dry!!!!! I asbsolutely LOVE it and am here to tell you , do not hesitate to purchase this. It is totaly safe, lightweight and drains with out any water left on the bottom of the shower while I am in there. Feels great on my feet also.

I loved this mat. Comfortable, non-slip but, although I hosed it off every day and hung to dry, washed weekly, it had a terrible oder that actually made me ill. It's to bad because it was the best mat I ever used

This mat is sturdily made, has great cushion and is a perfect size for the bottom of my old-school shower/tub combo. More importantly, it doesn't move at all while showering and the top is grippy enough to prevent slips. It does have a mild new plastic-type odor but not unless you're sniffing it directly, which I don't intend to do in the shower. Like any bathmat of this kind, I'd recommend you hang it to drip-dry after use to prevent it getting gross. I have a shower stool in my tub that I hang it over, but I liked another reviewer's idea of rolling it into a tube with a chip clip and standing it on the floor of the shower if you don't have hanging room.

Bought on advice from Hospital Occupational Therapist for my elderly dad to use as a shower bathmat. Great non slip texture. Water can flow through so safe for Elderly.

This bath mat surprised me. It is better than I anticipated. My old one seemed to trap dirt around the suction cups. This one does not have suction cups but stays where you put it in the tub and is clean underneath. It is also comfortable to stand on, more so than on plastic mats! I recommend this to anyone who needs a new mat!

I had a fall in the tub and was determined to not repeat it. I bought a mat with suction cups and it just wasn’t slip proof enough. A nurse recommended this type of mat and it is awesome. It feels safe and is comfortable on the feet. Only negative is it’s a little too short.

I'll never buy a traditional 'suction cup mat' again. I have poor balance, and this is the FIRST mat that gives me confidence that I won't slip or that the mat won't shift underfoot.
