You don't need much for a good result

I use it as a shampoo. 2 table spoon and some water to have a paste. The result was better than expected. Easy to remove. My hair was thicker, shiny, and after 1 week I didn't needed to do another shampoo. It's been 10 days now and I will go for one. I have brown half long hair. I recommend!!!

It's good value for money, I would have liked a few more instructions on the pack about measuring the right amounts for hair and body as a result I might have to get another one!
