I was looking for a kit to help replace a wheel on a homemade cart and this kit fit the job; with brackets, bearings, bolts/nuts, and a single axle you're set for most application. Parts seem to be made of thick/quality steel and everything fits as you would expect. Slotting a run flat wheel onto the axle and mounting the brackets was a cinch. Happy with the purchase.

I'm restoring an old, rusted True Temper wheelbarrow. I ordered a new Flat-Free wheel, but the included bearings were not the right size (3/4" ID, instead of 5/8" ID). The old axle and brackets were also in rough shape. I found this axle kit, and it seemed to have everything I needed: new brackets, bolts, axle and bearings. The bearings turned out to be a perfect fit for the new wheel. I've attached a photo showing the new bearing before replacement. The axle is about an inch shorter than the one I'm replacing, but it's still perfectly usable, with some adjustments. Since I'm only using one wheel, I'll have spare hardware to keep on hand, if needed later. I'm glad I was able to find this kit – it's got everything you need in one package. Recommended!

I have a large wheelbarrow that was in need of new axle bearings, so I ordered this Mazmer Wheelbarrow Axle Bracket Kit. It comes with 4 brackets, 2 bearings, a 9” axle, 8 nuts, 8 bolts, and 8 washers. My wheelbarrow only uses 2 brackets, 2 bearings, 4 nuts, 4 bolts, and 4 washers, so I had parts left over. It also came with a 9” axle and it was a little short for my wheelbarrow. A 10” axle would have been a better fit for it, but I used the 9” axle and added a shorter piece of the sane size axle rod to each end. This kit has extended the life of my wheelbarrow. I have been using it to move full wheelbarrow loads of firewood and it is working great.
