Why won't my phone stay securely attached to this mount, is it weak magnet?

To ensure optimal performance, it is only compatible with Mag-Safe- iPhone (12-16) or magnetic cases or a Mag-Safe ring sticker. N52 magnets ensure secure hold when used with compatible devices. Always check attachment before mounting on Mac/iMac.

Why does my Mag-Safe charger (2024 model) won’t stay in the mount?

This mount is designed for the 15W Mag-Safe charger (A2140, 2020). Newer 25W chargers (A2580/A3250) have a slimmer design and may loosen over time. We recommend using older 15W charger or securing the newer one with a small adhesive pad if needed.

Is the stand durable, or will it break easily?

It combines a sturdy aluminum base with high-strength ABS plastic for the adjustable arm. While designed to be robust, we recommend handling it carefully—like any drops onto hard surfaces may cause damage. Ensure the clamp is securely fastened.

Why does my macbook keep falling?

Usage Notice: Metal base is heavy - not for MacBook use, please remove webcam mount separately. Best on flat desks. For heavier iPhone Pro Max, please adjust angle carefully to maintain balance and prevent screen tilt backward.
