Definitely hard to chew, flavour doesn't last long. Good for a wee boost of caffeine

This gum is great for the jaws, I use it every other day or so and it works amazingly well.But be careful, using this gum has some strong laxative effects. I had to take a long train ride in the morning and decided i'd just chew on this while in the train. But boy little did I know what was waiting for me. The train did not have any toilets and I had the most uncontrollable urge for a poop ever. I had to muster all my strength for the train to reach the platform - hoping not to embarrass myself. When I reached the platform, I dashed to the toilet and I literally had seconds to spare when the previous nights dinner came bursting out all in less than a second.

Firstly I’ll say that the non-stimulant version I’ve bought tastes fine, not sure what the other reviews were talking about quite frankly.The biggest issue is that after the first minute, once the hard shell has dissolved in your mouth, the gum itself isn’t that hard to chew. Don’t get me wrong, it’s significantly harder than regular chewing gum, but having never trained my jaw, this is still too soft for me.If you have no noticeable jaw muscles to begin with, this product will probably be fine. But, if you’re generally fit and young, probably better off looking elsewhere.

Very effective for jaw neck and chin excersizes involving not too much chewing as it works quite quickly and you don't have to do it too often because there are many pieces and you can do it when your comfortable with it and it's very strong.

I recently tried this jawline gum, which is marketed as a jawline-enhancing gum with a B Vitamin Complex. It's sugar-free, aspartame-free, and uses 100% Xylitol, with a Spearmint flavour.However, my personal experience with the gum was that it was too hard for me. While I understand that the gum is designed to be tougher than regular chewing gum to potentially aid in jawline toning, I found it to be too much for me. Having passed it over to my husband who had a much better experience with it, although found it quite challenging, too!Despite my personal experience with the gum's hardness, the product has several positive aspects. Being sugar-free and aspartame-free is beneficial for dental health, and the addition of a B Vitamin Complex is something I think is unusual for a gum. The spearmint flavour also has a good taste.Overall, happy to rate this 4/5

The gum does what it says: its like chewing a piece of rubber. Not only is it hard to work, it also tastes like rubber: the mango flavour is gone within a minutes, and you're just left with a tough block of nothing to chew on. Kinda dissapointing.

I really wanted to like these so that I could put the results to the tests with strengthening my jawline but these really made me gag.You get a big bag of the gum so compared to a few similar ones on the market the price is competitive for the quantity so I give a tick for that.Each gum is about two or three times the size of your regular chewing gum, when you first bite to crunch the shell casing you get an instant hit of mint flavour which is lovely, the texture is incredibly firm which is what you want and need from this product so again another bonus there.But then after about 40-50 seconds of chewing any hint of a flavour has gone and it felt like I was chewing on a block of white Tac and it made me heave and I had to take it out.So this isn’t going to be for everyone. Yes it is a tough gum so will give your jaw an exercise but it’s just off you can bear chewing on tasteless rubber for a long time which clearly I can’t.

I looked at jawliner and chios, and settled on this. Can reuse gum day after day. Awesome.

I got this thinking it was like Jawline, which I had gotten previously. Jawline didn't do much for me- or a least, I couldn't tell if it did. However, THIS STUFF I was AMAZED by. It was WAY harder to chew and after chewing for about an hour, I was very sore and also sore the next day. Not too sore that I couldn't eat/chew my food, but sore enough to notice and think, "WOW- that gum works!"Also, it's DELICIOUS. I recently got my teeth professionally whitened and I couldn't eat anything that could stain my teeth (It was a waste of money, by the way- don't do it. The first time I drank coffee I lost most of the effect. Just use whitening toothpaste and Crest 3D strips and/or a whitening mouthwash. Way cheaper, less pain, doesn't fry your gums, and works just as good but takes longer). So anyways, I was concerned that this gum might be yellow and stain my teeth because of the mango flavoring. But it was pure white gum and YUMMY! I didn't realize it has all these other B-vitamins in it, so it's naturally energizing but doesn't taste like caffeine gum.Yes, it's expensive for only 60 pieces, and I use two at a time (one piece on each side). But just keep reusing the same two pieces of gum until it grosses you out, lol! It was just as powerful (less flavor, though, of course) the next day and still made my jaw sore.Overall, this is the best hard-chew gum I've ever found. And, if I didn't mention it already, it's delicious!!

I love this gum and would give it 10 stars if I could. My kids love that it also has a taste and it does taste quite tasty, compared to other ones it's tough, helps your jaw and has a delicious taste. The only big downfall with this gum is the time it takes to ship, Amazon is amazing at getting us things quickly but this one takes a while. I will continue to use it (as I have used other ones and this is by far the best) and hope they figure out the shipping situation so we don't need to wait as long.
