Nice product but the software...........
I have marked this at 2 stars, not because of the band itself - this works fine. BUT the software that you are supposed to synchronise with is a joke. It regularly loses historical information and despite told every day that I wear the band on my right hand - it immediately changes it to left hand when I leave “settings”. After sales from the manufacturer is non-exsistent - I have contacted them 3 times about the problems and to date, no reply, no acknowledgement.

CK11 upgrade
Bluetooth connectivity issues, bracelet shows in app as connected but no sync. I have a pretty modern phone running android 6, there are no issues with my phone. This item was returned.
