Had troubles with bugs in system did a download fix and still doesn't work

Customer support
The system technicians seem to have never been out in the field to understand the application to different farm types and shapes. They seem to assume every field is flat and square as opposed to hilly and irregular. I’m not happy with the system because the support is not acceptable.
