My first heavy bag is from Pro Slayer, and honestly, I couldn’t have picked a better one to start with. As someone new to bag work, I wanted something durable, reliable, and good for all-around training—and this one delivers. The first thing I noticed is how solid it feels. The bag has a nice balance—not too hard, not too soft—so it absorbs punches and kicks really well without feeling dead. It gives just enough feedback to help me understand my power and improve my technique over time. What I really like about the Pro Slayer bag is its durability. Even after repeated sessions, it holds its shape and doesn’t feel like it’s breaking down. The stitching and outer material seem high quality, which gives me confidence that it’ll last as I keep training and getting stronger. It’s also super versatile. I use it for everything: basic punches, combinations, kicks, and even quick cardio sessions when I just want to sweat. We are very happy with this heavy bag! Love the length as it’s versatile for punching and kicking. The bag looks great, is well made and I can tell it will last years. The weight of the bag provides good stability for my teenage boys to train. We shopped other brands but the Proslayer was the best value for the money. You will need 2-3 people to help you hang this bag from the ceiling as it is heavy, 100 pounds. I went up my attic and installed a 2x4 cross bracing for extra strength. I also recommend you buying a spring to hang it as this helps with vibrations. As stated, this Proslayer heavy bag is worth the money!

Great punching bag. My son Is 18 and this is his third punching bag. He has been training since he was 5. This hah provides the ability to give him a range for punching and kicking. The hanging straps look tough. Over all look, feel and weight are 100%.

Fantastic bag and outstanding value. As another reviewer mentioned, this bag is a perfect alternative for a hobbyist who doesn’t need a 150-lb banana bag that touches the floor. It’s heavy enough for Muay Thai teeps and perfect for MMA kickboxing combinations. You won’t find a better bag for the money.

I have only used this bag for a month, however, this is the same type of bag that I use at the gym that I train at. I decided to get this bag because I was familiar with the brand and because it was an amazing price. I had looked into numerous other brands and had done searches across numerous different online websites looking for a bag that would fit my needs. I wanted the bag to be at least 55”, be 100lbs, not be too expensive, and ship filled. After looking at different websites, it became very clear that this bag was the best option. Other sites that I visited had bags that met my requirement but, would either have a more expensive base cost and/or have a more expensive shipping cost too. Given the price for the product, shipping, and quality of the bag, I don’t know why anyone would choose anything else. When I received this bag and unwrapped it, I was very impressed. The bag was filled very nicely, the stitching was flawless, and after numerous sessions, and months of prior experience using this same type of bag at the gym I train at, I could immediately tell that this bag can handle a beating. No matter what you throw at this bag, kicks, knees, punches, or elbows, this bag is going to survive. I have only experienced very minor cosmetic damages to part of the logo, which I really don’t care about because this product is literally meant to be beaten up. I am assuming that the damage is from glancing elbows because the logo looks smeared and I can’t imagine it being from anything else. Overall, I am very pleased with this product and I believe that anyone that decides to go with this bag will be pleased too.

I want to start this my saying I have been doing bag work for almost 30 years as I began boxing when I was about 10. I have a black belt in two Martial Arts (Kempo and Goju Ryu). While earning my Kempo black belt I fought MMA. I need a bag that can stand up to punishment. My previous bag was failing me after I pulled it out of storage. My wife found this one and ordered it specially because it was listed as an MMA heavy bag. It wasn’t supposed to show up until 1.11.24 it got here five days early, fully wrapped to protect against the elements and the nicks and cuts that can happen in transit. Even with it being full wrapped, it wasn’t difficult to unwrap. The twin D Rings helps to keep the bag from spinning and it’s stuffed so well that when I land my strikes I feel like there’s a lot of resistance. I am really looking forward to the journey with this bag as it appears to be among the most well constructed bags I have owned in a long time.

Good length and weight distribution. Material feels nice, and straps are sturdy.
