Very easy to apply. Used less than I expected. Only applied it 4 or 5 months ago, so time will tell. So far, so good.

I ordered this to try to use it on the RV but ended up using it on other projects. Dries pretty quick. It does have a mushy to it. Sticks well and so far no leaks. It is very thick.

There are a ton of projects underway at Casa Pragmatic Scholar, and finding this Multipurpose EPDM Primer - Roof Coating For Rubber, Wood, Fiberglass, Concrete, and Metal Surfaces couldn't have come at a better time. We're doing some flooring refinishes. In the past, our adhesive vinyl flooring (in a more upscale pattern and style) has already outlived its expected life by 5 years, so this primer was first layer down when doing our entry late in the week. Indeed, the tiles STUCK upon installation, and zero lifting so far, even though we found out late in the game the floor wasn't entirely level (and didn't level it). Next up will be some roof curb repairs, and will have to update on those, as we're still on ibuprofen from the floor job, but if the primer does as well on the roof as it did on the floor, we might be able to do our roof curb maintenance every 10 years instead of every 7 or so. So far, very impressed. Easy to apply (we get the toss-able brushes and rollers from the discount hardware store) and quick to dry to tack. Fumes aren't too offensive at all inside, and you hopefully have good ventilation and cooling going anyway for any of your upcoming jobs. Outdoors it shouldn't be an issue at all. The container is easy to seal securely, so no worries about drying out. We transferred what we though we'd need for the flooring to another container to use as to not leave the lid off this ample quantity for too long. Overall, a great find at the perfect time, and really happy with results so far. Will update once the roof gets its refresher in a couple weeks. Five stars and arrives 100% contained!

We've got tiny cracks that have formed all over the top of our pop up trailer. We've had some water get in the front storage compartment from some cracks that allow water to seep in. We previously tried a coating to fix it but it didn't stick well. I saw this and realized that we would probably have had better results had we used this. So this time I'm going to do it right. This looks really good. Excited to test out the trailer after this.

I just received this and haven’t used it yet, but it arrived wrapped well with no spillage. The container has a good handle and I love the fact that there’s an integrated pour spout. That makes it so much easier when you need to use a rolling pan. The rubber lid is awesome too…. No rust! The lid is much easier to remove than a metal lid and you don’t have to hammer it back in place. I’ll update when we are finished with our project and provide additional information.
