Totally natural
The media could not be loaded. I love this product, nothing added at all. The chicken is my favourite. So handy having it dehydrated and in the cupboard. I add it to my soups, risotto, gravy and even add it to my smoothie! So versatile, and it has a really good shelf life.

A plea…..
I was excited to find this. It is the only bone broth without salt or fructans. And even though I make my own, and enjoy the ritual and taste of homemade, I do also need and value an emergency back up. Especially one as compact as can fit in my store cupboard.BUT, the price. It is extortion. Pure and simple. Both the product and the fact that it is vastly overpriced.Cue market competitors! Make something comparible with no added nasties and sell it cheaper, I beg of you! I will buy it. We will all buy it. And we will buy more of it and not feel quite so ripped off!Health food should not be WEALTH food.I feel dirty buying this. And guilty that I should have been more discerning and responsible with my money. It shouldn’t feel this way. I hope the producers read this and absorb this. Rather than dehydrating it into insignificance…….

good product
not bad, better than I thought it has a good powdery consistency and melts well, I use it mainly to make Italian risotto, using it to make broth and adding vegetables and a drizzle of olive oil, the thing that I like I like this product and its high shelf life and it is easy to use and should be 100% natural with no added substances

A very convenient way to take bone broth
I'm a big fan of bone broth and have spent silly amounts of money on it over the years. This, however, is the first time I have had it in powdered form and I have to say I find it most convenient. You basically, rehydrate it by mixing 5g (using the scoop provided) with 100ml of boiling water. The broth may be taken as a drink or added to food. I'm generally not a fan of drinking it so I choose to add mine to whatever savoury food I am making such as soups, stews or gravies. The powder does not alter the taste but you know you are still getting the goodness.I love that this is a very natural product containing no nasties and with only 3 ingredients of beef bones, water and ACV. It is also British-sourced, grass-fed beef, so the product is of great quality.I also find it very convenient that it is powdered as there is no need to use up fresh batches or freeze it and worry about losing quality if it isn't used within a reasonable time frame. The powder will keep fresh in an airtight tub for up to 2 years, which suits my needs better. So far, this is a 5-star product for me as it is more convenient than fresh but still keeps the benefits.

Smells Better Than It Tastes
I have tried bone broth before though not of the dried variety. As I didn't mind that I thought I might try this version from Boil & Broth to see how it compares. You get a 120g tub of dried broth powder and inside there is a scoop to measure out the required amount. So far so good, though on my first try I did not read the instructions properly and only put one scoop into a full mug of hot water (should be 1 scoop per 100ml) so the result was basically just discoloured water. After realising my mistake I made sure to correctly measure for the next attempt and, as my mug holds roughly 300ml, added 3 scoops. Add some hot water and stir until broth dissolves, then drink.Yuck! While the aroma did remind me of the other product I had previously tried it still just tasted like dirty water; certainly not something I will be drinking again though I may try adding it to meals from now on to finish off the tub.At the current price of £41 there is absolutely no chance I would purchase this product. It may have health benefits but it is just way too expensive for me to consider, especially given how it tasted as a drink. Not for me unfortunately though maybe the dogs that are mentioned in the 'From the brand' images above will have less discerning taste and enjoy it more.

Tastes okay but seems expensive
Bone broth is said to be incredibly good for you but making your own from scratch can be a bit of a time suck so this product seems like a great compromise. I don't personally eat meat, I got this for my husband, but he tells me it tastes reasonable. Only time will tell if it brings the promised benefits. It's worth noting that it can be hard to stir in, you'll need to be persistent.

Mixes well and tastes OK
There are many health claims about bone broth. I am not a nutritionist so I can only speak from personal experience. I haven't magically lost all joint pain, stomach troubles etc, but this broth is undoubtedly a good source of protein and collagen as a supplement to my regular diet. It's also nice to have a savoury hot drink option - I've found that adding a little soy sauce and seasoning makes it pretty palatable. The broth mixes well in hot water with no lumps. The included 5g spoon is handy. The broth seems quite expensive for the number of servings, but I'm not sure how it compared to other broth options on the market and it does seem high quality.Recommended.
